Auto QuickPark is a parking management application that helps you manage parking slots,
generate tickets, track vehicles, and monitor revenue and statistics. This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, and protect information when you use the app and related services (“Services”).
1. Consent
By using Auto QuickPark, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Information We Collect
- Slot data: Slot names/numbers, status (Available, Reserved, Occupied, Out of Service), and optional notes.
- Ticket data: Ticket number, assigned slot, duration, rate, timestamps, and estimated fee.
- Vehicle data: Plate number and vehicle details you enter (optional), linked to ticket records.
- Revenue & statistics: Totals and summaries computed from your tickets and rates.
- Search queries (local): Searches performed inside the app are used only to filter your local records.
- Settings: Preferences such as dark mode and notification settings stored on your device.
- Support & feedback: If you contact us, we may collect your email, message content, and attachments you provide.
- Optional analytics/crash data: Anonymous usage metrics or crash logs may be collected to improve stability (does not include your slot/ticket contents).
3. How We Use Information
- To provide slot management, ticket generation, vehicle tracking, search, and revenue monitoring.
- To calculate estimates and statistics based on your rates and durations.
- To improve app performance and fix bugs (optional analytics/crash reporting).

4. Data Storage & Security
Your parking records (slots, tickets, vehicles, revenue summaries) are primarily stored locally on your device.
If your device uses system-level backups, your data may be included according to your platform provider’s terms.
We apply reasonable safeguards to any information you send via support, but no method is 100% secure.
5. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Third-party services may be used for:
analytics, crash reporting, and support communication. These services process limited data under their own policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
Auto QuickPark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

- Edit or delete slots, tickets, and vehicle records anytime in the app.
- Disable notifications and change settings from the app or system settings.
- Request deletion of support emails you sent us by contacting support.
